Consign

Did you know we offer free consignment pickup for Calgary and Cochrane? Not from around here, No worries, we ship your items to us for free with a minimum selling price of $250.00.  Just send us pictures of your items and we will let you know which ones to send. 

At the bottom of the page is a contact form shoot us an email and we will send you a pick up form or give you all the details on shipping your items to us. 

Items for Consignment

Please have your items in a bag and freshly laundered

 

At the time of pickup you will be given a form to fill out with the option to receive an email notifying you your items will be dropped off at your home, or to have those items passed along to charity. 

We do not go through items on the spot.

 

You will receive an email 2-5 days after your items are picked up. 

 

Items Being Returned to Consignors

Due to storage limitations we can only hold return items for a maximum of 5 days from the day we send you an email. 

If not retrieved within those 5 days your returns will be sent to charity.

 

How to Use Credit or Receive a Payout 

Credit will accumulate on your account as your items sell.

You receive 40% of the selling price or, should you choose to shop with us as an instore credit, you will receive 50% consignors will be given a login to see all information regarding their consignment. You can use credit or email transfer for purchases.

If you would like us to purchase your items from you they will be purchased at a rate of 30% of selling price for anything $35 and under, and  40% for anything over $35 selling price. All women's clothing will have a buyout price of 30%. 

 

 Credit under $100 will be e-transferred within 24 hours of the request

($1.50 fee from the bank will come off of the amount)

Credit over $100 can be e-transferred on the 15th of each month upon request (no bank fee)  We do not offer cash or cheque payouts.

Credit not collected or used as store credit expires after two years.

 

Important Information

Clothes are left at your own risk. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage.

Items are subject to sale at any time. We have select sales throughout the seasons.

Items may be removed and sent to charity at any time by management discretion.

This would be due to damage or disrepair, lack of interest, and space needed for new items.
